Simone and Louisa here from THCW. With algorithms, social media overwhelm and an inbox of newsletters, we just want to start by saying thank you for being here - for allowing us to connect with you.

This newsletter is our space to share what we're seeing, learning, questioning and rolling our eyes at as we work with leaders, teams and organisations across the globe. We've been delivering workshops

Louisa, an RAF Veteran, has been celebrating Armed Forces Week and ran an IWFM event with 150+ attendees!

We're proud to be featured in a publication that captures a century of leadership across the UK and Commonwealth. Monarchy and Democracy: A History of Leadership, launched at College Garden, Westminster Abbey.

We celebrate one whole year of Workplace Jam - our drop-in session for connection and reflection to aid the reset before the weekend.
